 Last night i got taken out for dinnera  and it was very nice pork ribs with all the trimmings.
 Tonight it's spag bol with whole wheat pasta, pineapple and yoghurt.  Now have to be a good girl for a
 while

Tonight it’s fish either salmon,cod or fish pie mix as I’ve been to the fish man,but I’m too tired to sort it

Tonight was herby pork sausages, fried onions, peas and mash. YUM!

Rump steak from last night that was too tough to eat  rehashed as beef stew. Thankfully it was tender this time
