Has anyone tried making nettle beer?  Thought we'd give it ago now that the stingy little bleeders have started appearing.  I've got a recipe, but wondered if anyone has tried it!

yes I've made it before. Its a bit weird, not massively sweet. I'd say if you like dandelion and burdock you would like nettle beer too.
