Quick comment:

"Raw egg whites bind to the biotin that a dog ingests and prevents it from being absorbed. Cooked eggs do not do this. "

We feed our dogs on a totally raw diet - meaty bones, chicken wings and carcases and so on - including raw whole fish, occasional eggs - raw or cooked.
