We have just been put in tier 4 and Christmas is cancelled, but I do have a night off work - whoop whoop  :D

Anyway, before we are doomed and have to walk around in sackcloth and ashes ringing a bell, we are having an Indian takeaway and a beer.  Small pleasures and all that  ;)

It just has to be chips and salad doesn’t it  ;)

mmmmm! NS.
My gammon has been in the slow cooker most of the day, so I'll have some of that, and wedges, with coleslaw - after that I'll be opening a bottle of Mavrodaphne

Plaice stuffed with mushrooms, leek and bacon lardons, rolled up and then baked in a cream sauce with cheese on the top.  New potatoes, broccoli and carrots to go with.  I'm sure we can find something to wash it down.
