Bit of a rush job after work here, but a big sandwich with doorstop bread from work and some soup to dunk it in.  It was pretty good  :)

I think tomorrow might have to be curry night though

Have a look in the freezer and see what you fancy.  Paul found a small steak and I had  a chicken  escalope we found. Both with chips and  peas.  Roast  pork tomorrow.

We had roast chicken yesterday as well, with roast potatoes, a baked onion each, a roasted mini squash and some greens. The potatoes and veg were all home grown  :)

We had roast chicken & trimmings yesterday, almost finished up the huge cauliflower I found ready at the plot on Tuesday,(my seed packet says ready in the spring!)
Tonight it’s leftover fish pie. Went through the freezers yesterday & wrote on the calendar the next 3 weeks ! of meals with very little cooking from scratch to use it all up before my half lamb I ordered on Friday will be ready for collection!  So lots of repetition coming up plus a few pot lucks where it’s not quite clear what it is until defrosted
