I grew a big seed crop of peas this year and have soaked and cooked all the surplus seeds. They are in the freezer 'banked' for an autumn pea and ham moment. I was thinking slow cooked gammon, peas and parsley sauce
Last night was chicken curry, but not much chicken and lots of veg, as I was using up leftover meat. Plot courgette and tomato made the base and lots of chopped plot greens wilted through last minute to bulk it out.
