Bought another gammon shank. Put it in the sous vide last night, (68* 24 hrs) so having that with lentils, pots, carrots, greens from the garden and lashings of parsley sauce. Real cold day fodder! yummo!

Tray bake with chicken legs and homegrown courgette, fennel and celery, plus garlic, oregano and lovage   8)  Gooseberry and raspberry crumble to follow with ice-cream.  The fruit was plot stuff from the freezer.

First smug face of the year for having grown all the fruit, veg and herb components of the meal  :D  :D  :D

A scotch egg, a little beetroot, some diced cheese, black olives, a small salad and Tzatziki with Poppy and Sesame biscuits .   The salad was Lettuce, Rockets, Chopped Basil and Tomato drizzled with Olive Oil.
Then I felt hungery later so had a small steamed pd with ginger syrup.  But it was all lovely   :)

A pork loin steak with Cajun seasoning plus a sausage cooked a la George Foreman, with steambag mixed veg and Bisto onion gravy. Dead quick when the CBA fairy visits  ::)

Lunch was late :( at 2pm because of unexpected visitors (socially distanced in the garden). So dinner was scrapped so hubby had a Chicken club sandwich & I took a dressed crab from the freezer & had it with a slice of brown bread & butter. We both thoroughly enjoyed not having ‘dinner’  :D
