Toad in the hole, onion gravy and red cabbage.  Husbands birthday and that's what he wants.  Pudding will be icecream, we have a small freezer devoted to the stuff, he is convinced all the world's problems would be solved if we are more icecresm!

The other half of the sausage hotpot without the potato topping so mash I think instead & probably some green veg for me. Tomorrow we’ve got  the  2nd half of a kg of mince that was used yesterday to make meatballs along with 500g pork mince resulting in 6 portions of meatballs in tomato sauce for the freezer. I like this bulk cooking, very satisfying.

A tin or sardines in oil with chilli, lemon and coriander stirred through spaghetti, with a bowl of salad bits on the side - was yummy :)

It was going to be chicken stir fry, but the meat was smelly when I opened the pack. Pizza delivery to the rescue!

Sounds lovely, just right for quite a cold miserable day - save some for me  :D

I've got a pork chop defrosting  and spicy rice and veg to go with it (including the first HG peas  :))
