We had a big lunch of fish pie and veg, so I am having egg salad for tea and OH wants egg mayo sandwiches and salad.  Big lunch has evaporated from his stomach it seems, as he wants lots of bread to fill him up

Until 5 seconds ago it was chicken curry. now it's chicken and pineapple. I forgot to add the pineapple to the white sauce last night. Whoopsie . Potatoes, brussel sprouts and sweetcorn.

Came home from work with some free mixed pork and beef mince and mushrooms.  Out of date today and unsold, but perfectly OK.

Even more OK as meatballs with spaghetti and tomato sauce with mushrooms  :)

Realised too far down the road  ( on the dash to the bank) that we had left the uncooked, caught last night prawns  in the fridge at work, don't think when we go back on Monday they will be any good.) Never mind, found some mackeral fillets in the freezer and finished off the salad ingredients we had with some new  potatoes.
