The local chippy has re-opened in a limited fashion, so we're going to support a local business and endure fish and chips.

That's truly heroic of you, I hope you come away unscathed :D

Our local curry house isn't open so it's homemade vindaloo, aubergine bhaji and parathas.

Yesterday it was an early tea as I had work, but it was curry fest.

Today I have a silly shift from early afternoon till late, so we are having spaghetti and meatballs before I go and then I have hm soup stashed in the fridge for when I get back.  We keep being given stuff at work that is going out of date, rather then it go in the bin.  Last night was mince, so I have freebie meatballs  :D

Husband had chicken curry with rice and vegetables. Children had fish fingers and rice. But the Evil Pea and it's relatives (it's from a book) and broccoli had a fight in the rice so there was peas from the battle and sad little broccoli in it! The lengths I go to to try and get vegetables into Youngest.
I had egg fried rice.

Going to try a recipe I found in a magazine - peanut butter chicken fillets with crushed cornflake coating.  Sweet potato wedges and salad to go with.  Had all the ingredients apart from natural yoghurt in the fridge/cupboard.  I'll let you know how it goes.  I do love experimenting! :D

Lunch was chicken ramen. Youngest is refusing to eat pasta without a boiled egg now.

Tea is lamb pilaf with redcurrant fake hosef. Or meatballs for the finickity. Not like I'm rushing to work or anything.
