Chicken curry well at least I hope it’s chicken, it’s from the freezer & I can’t remember how much meat there was in it so I’ve defrosted extra chicken breasts to add if need be, if not I’ll have to find something to do with them tomorrow or Monday lol

Sprog coped excellently with his week off from school so it was a delivery pizza bonanza. I of course had a fine dessert of strong ales followed by decent red wine. Happy as Larry currently :)

I've got a very small pork chop that I found all alone in the freezer so that's defrosting along with a friendly sausage for company. Steam bag mixed veg plus green beans and onion gravy to go with ithem :)

I have got as far as some chicken portions that are defrosting and I have potatoes, so there will be roasties.  Veg to be decided and possibly more crumble to follow.

Yesterday was a Turkish dish. Minted lamb pilaf with cherry hosef (spiced jam).

Tonight is the other minted lamb steak with apples and onions in a creamy sauce (Normandy dish). With mashed potatoes.

In Laws gave us a load of ragu so there was Spaghetti bolognese for lunch and tea was mashed potatoes with sage meatballs and broccoli. I had celeriac and broccoli soup.

Pancakes for after.
