Tonight is spiced pork casserole with rice or mashed potatoes.

Shoulder in a slow cooker? Sounds good whatever! Spiced pork always makes me think vindaloo  :)

Shoulder chunks rather than a whole shoulder. It was Chinese, had chillis, star anise and cinnamon among other things. They liked it.  Husband may have the leftovers tomorrow. I might make pulled pork with Boston baked beans this Friday and that'll be pork shoulder.

Tonight is Cullen Skink  :D. Lucky us. I have frozen mussels so I may add them.

A strictly portion controlled Shepherds Pie, so good I could eat it all   ;)  so it's been portioned out into small dishes, all but 1 have already gone in the freezer  There's plot cabbage and leeks to go with it.

My inspiration, you've given me an idea.... tonight the same, almost. I had frozen the left over stock from valentines piquant moules...it's going in the Skink. No parsley, so chives. :D

Last nights pasta got modified into Macaroni pasta shells with cheese sauce-one individual likes their pasta without sauce.

Tonight by request, the other salmon fillet with Macaroni pasta shells with cheese sauce.
Left over beef stew with added bacon, peas and mashed potatoes.
