Didn't want to put on my oven for 1 jacket potato, I dont like micro ones, so I put 2 small ones in the bread oven for 1 hour 30mins and they came out fine. Will try a small pumpkin next.

I've finished mine off in a slow cooker on high for 30 minutes, without putting them in the dish, so they're just next to the metal, wrapped in foil - seemd to work fine too.

I always cook mine half and half, 8 mins in the micro and then cover with olive oil and sea salt and then bake in the oven for 10 - 15 mins no difference than one that has been cooked for 3 hours in the oven.
