Tonight is my husband's favourite, cold turkey, bubble and squeak, salad and pickle.

Cold turkey/ham, jacket potatoes, salad and pickles.  By far, better than the meal yesterday which tasted fine but I've always preferred the leftovers.

You are all going to scream ‘Be gone unbeliever’, but I am not a fan of bubble and squeak   We ate all the potatoes yesterday anyway as they were just too nice

We had lamb so are going to have a pilaf with rice cooked with spices and herbs, cooked in advance, then cooled and reheated with the rest of the ingredients.

As well as the lamb, there will be plot greens, plus whatever else is left in the fridge.  I think some toasted coconut as well, plus a dollop of yogurt on the side  :)

Gammon, egg and chips  :D

I have cut some decent slices of gammon for that and the rest is cut up ready to go into a big pot of soup.  So far it has onion, carrot, celery, swede, scotch broth mix, stock powder and herbs and smells glorious.  There is shredded cabbage to go in later with the gammon and fresh parsley from the greenhouse  :)

Gammon here too lol think we’ll have jacket potato with ours, I did think egg & chips, but we’ve had quite a lot of roasties, wedges etc for the last few dinners, bit of fibre will be a good thing  :) salad & coleslaw for me, beans & cheese for him.
More profiteroles for him & chocolates. Probably fruit & yogurt for me, doesn’t take me long to have withdrawal symptoms

We decided on a buffet type dinner, we had loads of bits of this and bits of that, so put it on the table and you helped yourself.  Finished off a load of stuff so the fridge is now looking quite empty. Quite enjoyed it actually.

More of the same, just enough gammon to make a pasta dish tomorrow - then that's all the holiday stuff gone ;)

There’s the filling for a Cumberland pie in the slow cooker, there’s also pea & ham soup bubbling on the hob for lunch. All the turkey & other ham is now frozen for the next month or 2s meals.

I have a couple of slices of gammon .  Some mash, coleslaw, left over red cabbage.
I must confess, I have not had a "meal" for two days.   Been stuffing mince pies, special biscuits, chocs, and all kinds of rubbish.  It must stop now.      Mrs B

Turkey and ham  pie, new potatoes, sprouts and carrots.  First 'proper ' meal for a couple of days now.  Rest of turkey and ham in the freezer, really fancy something veggie tomorrow, will put my thinking cap on.
