The other half of last nights courgette with the left over mince stuffing, basically a Bolognese sauce. The mash will be fried!
I added some Adzuki beans to stretch it. Worth a go if you've never had them.

Roasted a tray of veg - potato, onions, red pepper, a small Tromba squash and some cherry toms, made a spicy sauce to serve with it, and some garlic bread to mop up the sauce. Meat-free for Friday, but it was tasty  :)

Breaded chicken bonanza with a selection of Tex Mex dips, potato wedges, buttery runner beans, coleslaw, corn on the cob and garlic bread.

Scotch egg with mixed pulse beans and salad.  Tonight, the other scotch egg !!!

Last night was fried chicken strips with garlic & mixed peppers,potato wedges & salad & a mixed bean salad -fresh beans harvested that morning yellow & green French,cannelini in the pods & runners with a tin of borlotti beans added.
Tonight Home cooked ham, some sort of new potatoes,more salads, more bean salad if I don’t eat it for lunch! Maybe hm coleslaw

Last night was hm curry fest and tonight was chicken tray bake with homegrown courgette and french beans,  I also roasted some plot new potatoes in oil and sea salt to go with it  :)

Tesco have reopened their fresh meat and fish counters. I really fancied a couple of herrings, I was on a mission.
They didn't have any left  :(
An announcement over the tannoy, all cooked chickens on offer for £3
One is now sitting in my work fridge, I'm having to resist making a start on it!

Lemon and herb crust Basa filet with HG purple beans,  HG cauliflower (riced) with grated cheese and 4 HG Rosella cherry tomatoes  :D Love this time of year!
