Pasta bolognese, bombay mix for pudding and lockdown busting cider as the evenings tipple of choice.

After last nights foray into the outside world for fish and chips, which was a little disappointing on reflection, it's back to normal, so BBQ.
Spicy chicken thighs, lamb chops, home made burgers, couple of snags and fresh rolls (not flatbread like last time) and salad.
Bottle of something suitably robust, South Australian Shiraz seems to be calling.  :D

Peppers and flat mushrooms, filled with a mix of brown rice, feta cheese, onion, garlic and herbs and a tomato sauce.  Extra sauce was used to cook them in and then served over the top.

I may need to know about this one   I am not a cake person usually, but this sounds like something to be investigated   :)
