Rust on Herbs ?

Hi,I believe that I have rust on my herbs !!! It started on the sage & has now spread to the mint & rosemary.Does anyone know how I can treat this please.

Burn them?

Not worth the bother, seriously, cheap and easy to grow from seed or propagate from healthy stock.
