Apparently Goji berries have been traditionally regarded as a longevity, strength-building, and sexual potency food of the highest order in the traditional practices of Chinese medicine.

Makes you wonder why he felt the need to plant 3 bushes! There again they are meant to be good for aches and pains as well so perhaps he'll be doing some more digging soon!

Seeing the Geoff Hamilton clip was brilliant. I could sense a national sigh of pleasure as he slipped that spade it. The beds were beautiful.

As for Carol, I still think she's brilliant, but must admit to taking something of a shine to young Alys. Must be the ginger hair.

Right, off for a cold shower...

John's manly form was framed in the greenhouse door. Alys turned to him, and a blush tinted her freckled cheeks.

"I'm really really glad you came," she said. "I've been really really worried."

"Really?" John replied, brushing his sweaty brow. "What's the problem my love?"

"It's Jo," she sighed wistfully. "If he doesn't get rid of all that couch grass, his beds are going to be a *..."
