I have a very old hoe that I have welded up more times than I can remember, it has three flat ended tines curved back on itself.  It's used as a draw hoe, something like a mini three bladed plough.  I'm looking for a replacement but connot remember the name of this useful tool.    Cheers,   Tony.

I think cultivator is the word you are looking for, a very handy tool.
