interesting/novelty/really tasty garlic recommendations

i've planted out 2 bulbs of early purple wight, which we grew this year, and was pretty successful. However, these only filled up half the bed that i'd planned to allocate to them (i'm rubbish at working out how much space things will take up -- or remembering how much I ordered last year!)...

so i have space for two more bulbs, and thought I'd see what people recommended. softneck? elephant? albanian? (I might have misread that in the last catalogue perusal). would be good to do something we can't buy at the farm market.

i grew 9 and 8 of them grew fab,,i roast them in with small roastie spuds,yummy ,
i use it for loads of different things,you just have to experiment with your cooking skills
