If you still have the old one, you might try these people who have proved to be very helpful in the past.....

http://www.bearing-supplies.co.uk/

you might need to send your old one (or what's left of it) to them.
They don't actually list that one in their parts listings, but I expect that they will be able to match it...

Good luck. ;)

Hello,

For the original design Qualcast Cultimatic Super, Special, De-Luxe the forward drive belt used to be L17249 in their parts listings....perhaps later having F016 added in front of the old number??

The reverse drive belt for models fitted...was listed as L17317.

Later the Cultimatic name was re-used on a totally different design chassis for the Qualcast Cultimatic B66....this took the chassis from the Merry Tiller Cadet / Webb Wizard.....belt part number was W25629     www.merrytiller.co.uk/spares1.htm

Garden machinery agents often anotate their old parts books with regular belt size references extra to machine manufacturers part numbers....so they can supply after original parts source is gone....so finding a local agent may well be a way forward.
Likewise, an engineering belt stockist may do this in reverse and write a machine manufacturers part number in their belt guide info against a regular size belt .....

Hello,
Oops....I forgot the previous thread......

Sorry, you will already then have the part number that I mention above.    seeing as I previously posted up a parts list..

It will have only the one belt; L17249....if still as original build.

It will though have a double engine pulley because at new they used the same part number pulley on all models that was made for the higher spec' model that did have 2 belts and reverse.

Apologies for my forum hopping "forgetfullness".. ;)
