Good Evening
Has anybody got any tyips for helping with a very stiff/sticky greenhouse door

Tryed WD40 but it dries too quickly and you have to keep applying !!!

Any help most welcome

If it's a sliding aluminium door, clean off all the wet stuff you applied and use powdered graphite. Ironmongers sell it for lubricating locks.

If its sliding you may need to adjust the nuts holding the door to the rolers  which lift /drop the door- also check for obstructions on the slides

Silicone spray, worked a treat on mine and on the curtain rail when I was having a problem getting the curtains to close or open.
