Title: Glazing bars & clips
Post by: poor gardener Joe on April 14, 2014, 21:30
Hello.
I have a lean too greenhouse now several years old. A few years ago I moved it further down the garden
and all was fine. However in the winds of March it suffered some damage. I have been able to replace
the glass, but the problem I'm having at the moment is finding what looks like plastic retaining strips
which run the full length of each pane of glass about 6ft long and bends round a round plastic pane down to
the gutter. It clips down on the glass one side, whilst the top clips under the glazing bar.
It looks as if these came in white and green. I've looked on the internet but without much luck. I just wondered
if anyone has had problems such as this and if they might know where  these retainer strips could be
obtained from.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks Joe

Hi Joe (again  :) )

Don't worry about learning your way round the forums - we all have to start somewhere  ;)  :D

I've split your general welcome post off into its own topic and sent that one back to the Welcome forum for a proper hello as suggested.

You'll find it here:

Thank you, I'll try to look them up.
If I struggle, can I ask you maybe for the email address to find them.
Joe.
