Ours is 3 x 2.5 x 1.8 metres and at times, it could just do with being bigger. ::) :D

well since our site has a notice restricting us to 1 structure 8ft x 6 ft, I guess that would be the biggest I could go to.

My mini Poly Tunnel (OK its really a Big Cloche) is 1.2 x 1.2 x 0.6m high - Timber frame for the base and three blue plastic hoops covered in plastic. I can lift it up and get inside then put it back  :D
