Title: Growers or Layers?

I have a couple of Cochins that are about 6 months old. Apparently they dont mature until about a year. They are currently being fed layers pellets with the rest of the chooks, should they be on growers??? ( They are not laying yet )

I think they'll be fine on layers bedifferent  :D
