Possibly a silly answer and too late anyway, but make sure you can get behind it to clean the glass.

If there is some room, then it can take lots of clutter as well...

do you mean leave plenty of room around the greenhouse for cleaning eg: not putting it up against a fence/wall etc ?

while it is possible to glaze a greenhouse close to a fence/wall, working your way along each side and glazing from the inside, if you later break a pane in the middle it's not easy to fix!

My home greenhouse is about 2" away from a wall and 4" from a fence, and I'm dreading a broken pane!

Sorry Twango, only just seen this - yes, if it's next to a wall, it'll just fester with dirt on the outside of the glass.

I can hide all sorts of stuff I don't need regularly behind ours, (about two feet is enough) and also clean the glass (when instructed to do so by Mrs Growster...)!
