Title: Project 2 Extractor fan

So bug hotel is very nearly complete, new project is a extractor fan for the greenhouse to help with airflow/ cooling.
Initially it will run off a 12v 24amp battery and if it works to a decent degree then I will invest in a solar panel.

Hi Aidy, You can get the same fan in 5volt too, with a small car fag lighter plug in unit that charges phones at 5v your battery will last a lot longer

I ran the fan in the house to see if the physics/ maths work out  :D the fan is  0.14amps so in theory that should be approx 170 hours on a full charge, if on for 12 hours a day thats approx 14 days on a single charge which was we I got. With that power usage I wont bother with a solar panel. Just need to see how effective it will be pulling the hot air out.
