Yes, it seems that each store just sells what it has left on the shelves, so you don't get the same offers everywhere 

I was thrown a bit today when I went in as there didn't seem to be any glaring yellow stickers on the items but on seeing the prices on the shelves and comparing to what I can see online I notice that I got a decent bargain :~)

on line there is no mention of a sale but on entering our local store here we found a few real bargains to get us ready for next years sowing ! . . . ooh happy days and thanks for the heads up

Just because it's not marked down on the shelves, doesn't mean the computer hasn't marked it down!

If there's something you're interested in (particularly stuff others have said is marked down) nothing wrong with going to the till and asking them to tell you how much it is.

I managed 3 of them for a £5 each from ASDA last year and I got the last two in Wilko thins year, you have to keep your eye on the prize at the end of their gardening season. That's why we let people know on the frugal threads. Only managed to get the £5 water butts from TESCO by the skin of my teeth
