what should be ready to plant out now for Autumn/winter harvesting?

I was so pleased with my efforts at sowing seeds ( lots and lots ) and getting them out on to the plot in April and May that I forgot to think about new seeds I should have been sowing for potting on now and planting out in July and August for winter vegetables on the allotment!  I have some plug plants being sent out to me at the end of July ( PSB I think ) I also have some cauliflowers that must be autumn harvesting as though they are lush they are not yet showing any florets.  I will have lots to take me through to September/October but What should I be planting out NOW ?  Not interested in winter salads and stuff as I can do that at home.

I've done my leeks, they were sown earlier in the year and have gone in over the last couple of weeks, I also have some swede sown direct earlier and growing well.... I'm just suddenly aware |I don't have anything green to carry me through so I guess I'll be buying in cabbages.  Though I will try to get some kale sown ( indoors in modules?)
