Cow manure

opinions please on cow manure have heard its better than horse manure?  how do I go about finding out places that deliver or have it? :blink:

I have always used cow manure, ( mind you I have a never ending supply) and found it very good.

I grow my courgettes in just a heap of cow dung and they grow beautifully. As to finding some, if you live near a dairy or beef farm they will normally have a large heap of well rotting poo. Just ask nicely and I am sure they would only be to pleased to get rid some of it, especially at this time of year when most cattle is in and the fields are to damp to spread the stuff.
Sometimes you have to accept that somedays you are the pigeon and somedays you are the statue!
