I ordered some seeds from ebay they are a packet of mixed climbing roses seeds.

Thing is it didn't come with instructions. Can anyone help me?

isn't that what your suposed to do. I am a total novice, they looked really nice in the picture

Plants would have given you quicker results. Seeds will take ages (about 3 years)  :!:

Rose seeds are easy. Put them in a pot with some loam based compost (john Innes no 1 is best), cover with about 1/4 inch of compost and put them outside in all the weather. Just make sure they don't dry completely if we have a prolonged dry spell. Now is a good time, they need the winter cold to get them going.

In the spring, they will sprout. Divide them up into single pots and look after them but still outside. Some WILL flower in the first year. Be careful though some climbing roses grow to 30 ft and more, and you don't know what you've got!
