Title: Peach brandy leftovers
Post by: Kleftiwallah on August 25, 2018, 15:11
Good afternoon everyone.
I make crackin' sloe truffle balls with dark chocolate and cream with the sloe gin leftovers, anyone any ideas what to do with the peaches?
After making peach brandy, what to do with the peaches?

Cheers,  Tony.

I would mix them with the best Clotted Cream Ice-Cream for a really lush dessert!

I puree them and mix into ice-cream .... sometimes my own (whisper it ... sometimes bought!  ::) :D).  Gorgeous, but not when driving!
