Title: broad bean leaves - scorched???
Post by: puravida on March 28, 2008, 08:02
got a tray of broad beans springing into life on a spare windowsill at home.
They're about 3-4" tall now but look like their leaves are being scorched - black and curled round the edges.

Any ideas?

Yes, most likely sun burnt through the window glass.

Harden them off and plant out, they are very cold tolerant plants. :)
