I defrosted a chicken breast, I'll probably cook it in Cajun spices, and as I've still got coleslaw and salad in the fridge - that'll go with it.

A very nice lamb tagine with cauliflower rice/cous cous. Only himself saw some lumps of squash in it and decided not to have any & cooked himself bacon,egg & chips! You should here him if I say anything about the meal that he’s cooked  :wacko:

Looking for something else, I found a sachet mix for Bombay potatoes, so made that and had it with some corned beef and salad bits from the fridge  :D
