Apparently calendula petals are edible too. They would look pretty sprinkled on a salad

Calendula is a great companion plant and the petals are soooo lovely scattered over salads etc

I used to love nasturtium leaves in my sandwiches when I was little. For some reason since I've lived where I am now I can't seem to grow them for love or money. :?
I know less today than I did yesterday, and I knew nothing then!
