i just seen this yesterday and aid i would love to get some , went out into the garden today between showers and some of my flowers that hubby got have opend and low and behold there they are , although not as many flowers on them as the picture , .

It's definitely part of the allium family because I have several in my own yard and they bloom for ages. Not sure exactly which variety they are since the allium family is so huge and I just don't have the time to search, but here's a start: Here.

I think the plant on the photos is Nectarosordum siculum. I think it is related to Allium.

Thats it.  Just couldn't remember the name.  I was sitting in the garden today watching the bees in and out of mine.

Buy them as bulbs and they will reward you for years :)

Yes - definitely Nectaroscordum siculum subsp.bulgaricum - previously known as dioscoridis.
It is related to the Alliums, and we have had it years alongside a wall. No special treatment needed.
