Front border flowers question
« on: May 16, 2012, 23:40 »
When dead heading the pansy plants in the boarder at the front of my home I found a couple of the plants with both the flowers and the leaves curled up tight.
Any idea what will cause this.
I could not see any greenfly or anything else lurking around the plants.
Thanks in advance
John

Did you have a recent frost, could be the plant's protection system kicking in.

Something eating the roots, maybe, so the plant has dried where it can't take up enough water

Are they curled up tight and still green and fresh, or curled up tight and dead and crispy?
