Title: tomato suggestions?

I would love a poly tunnel or similar, I can't get to the lotty everyday about 4 times a week and its very windy in winter.  Mainly want to improve my chances with tomatoes. mind you my hedge will be grown in a couple of years so the wind should lessen. maybe i should by some more cheap hedging and fill in the gaps in the autumn?

how often would i need to visit the lotty re watering can the ends be left open can i takeit down in winter are there any alternatives?
