OMG! How exciting is that!!! - Make sure you relish it!

I got my first egg a couple of weeks ago, closely followed by a second chook starting to lay a week later. I now have 2 laying and 2 not laying yet so I'm waiting patiently for someone else to get the hang of this laying lark! :D

We had our first egg this morning too!  My eight yr old daughter found it when she went to let them out, we are all so excited!  Can't bring ourselves to eat it, may blow it and mount it!!

For me, the thrill has never really gone away, I still get a little buzz everytime I collect my girls' eggs.  :)

I got a tiny drill bit 2 mm and drilled a hole at both ends wiggle something inside to break the yolk then put your mouth round one end and blow like mad into a bowl so you can still have scrambled egg
