i meant 24" i'm metric now and i get a bit confused trying to do it the old way for you guys its realy 600mm  :wink:

MK - you may not know this, but there is a line of people waiting to got on the 'naughty step'. They can't get on, until Aunty lets you off. At this rate, it's going to be sometime.

Getting back on track.........plastic dibbers are a bit useless, get yourself a nice wooden one, and mark inches on it, best to make notches as ink/paint will wear off.  This way you can accurately measure the depth of your seed hole, and it also has a handy measure for distance between sowings.

old spade handle werks for me  :wink: and a finger  :lol: handle holds me up finger digs the hole :lol:
