« on: February 12, 2009, 12:33 »
Hi folks,
Just wondering what you clean your pots and greenhouses with.
Hot water,
Bleach,
Milton?
Jeyes?
Many thanks,
John.

I just wash with hot soapy water and rinse. Never bothered to sterailise and not had any problems.

We have an excess of milton steriliser, do you think it will work on the greenhouse?

Hi, I would say something a bit stronger tham Milton, some pests are pretty tough customers.
There is no better show of antisipation than a man sowing seeds in a field.

Just soapy water (Ecover washing up liquid) for the pots, and a weak bleach wash for the greenhouse.  Mind you, got to gird myself up for the cold first!
