First Earlies can be planted 12" (30cm) apart with 24" (60cm) between each row.

Second Earlies and Maincrop can be planted 15" (37.5cm) apart in row widths of 28" (70cm).

An average 2.5kg pack has around 25-30 tubers in it.

Iain@JBA:

What would you say the planting depth and distance is for Maris Bard earlies?  Also, how high would you recommend earthing them up to?

Plant them 6" deep and 12" apart if you want a good size crop or you could plant them closer if you don't want to grow them as big.
As for earthing up probably 8-10" high like a pyramid.
I have a video in the growing instructions on my site about planting and earthing up seed potatoes if you are unsure.
