i used to clean the aircrafts and never again thats a hard job to do , but the goodies we used to find were worth it  :lol: .

My bruv used to mend them but not at Heathrow.

He used to find stuff too.

We used to catch the 285 bus and loved stopping at the maintenance hangar to let a plane cross. Happy days. :)

We were there every weekend in the summer. In the days when you could get a lot closer than now.

I think you need brains to be a pilot. And decent eyesight. I'm short on both  :lol:

If ever I take a pilgramage back home, I'll drop by for a cuppa. haven't been back for about 6 years.

I don't care where it comes from as long as it tastes good and there's plenty of it  :D

We had leek and potato with carrots and cheese added and homemade bread. I was stuffed. I am spoiled. :)

i love home made bread especailly the crust its so much more crispier ,i could not make that to save my life an mum always moans she dont get the time maybe i could twist her arm
 :) or get her to make quiches they are eaten hot right out the oven and never last tell the next day . thats the only way i can eat my own eggs :?

Fortunately my OH loves cooking and I eat pretty much anything. We've just started pickling some of our eggs.

My mum makes a wicked steak and kidney pie. ABout the only thing she can do better than my OH. It's ok, I told her and she doesn't mind  :wink:

lol that true ,i also have my horses , dogs and a part time cat  :lol:  she was mine but i gave her to friends to lok after as she decided to move into the greenhouse after the pup scared her out the house  but its got to cold for her and now shes snugged up warm in a good home .i stil see her everyday an look after her while the ppl are away.i aint got time for  a OH .
