Egg Less Cake/Sponge

Hi,

Has anyone made an egg-less cake?  Do you have a recipe?

I'm asking for a friend as they need to make one for a relative's birthday - but they've left it quite last as they need to make it this evening

daughter has to make a cake for work without any butter in it as one of her co workers wont eat butter , makes her sick , ive got some rosemary recipies which may help , she has to make without my help but she will be using my kitchen and stuff , should be fun
