I grew some decent aubergines this year.
Cheese makes everything better.

you could get some cauli and cabbage going from seed now. There are Dec and Jan sowed cauli varieties and I've recently sown AYR cauli and Hispi cabbages, all of which have germinated in the cold greenhouse

Melons?
I demand the right to buy seed of varieties that are not "distinct, uniform and stable".

By the time you have a few toms, cues, aubergines, peppers and chillis you wont have room for anything else. My 1 is same size and is packed to the roof......... :)

Oh all underplanted with basil and marigolds to deter the whitefly

i would agree with mumofstig that it is easy to get overcrowded. I would  not diversify too much and stick with staggered  planting of toms, a few peppers and then just leave space for starting all your seedlings off. If you are careful with your toms you can get them from early july to mid - december.
All these moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain.

Would you have to heat the greenhouse to get a crop until December ?
