I got a pair of slippers, a cat calendar, a beautiful bunch of flowers, some Mindfulness roll-on scent with a Mindfulness Challenge, a DVD from a dear friend, and a Winter Wonderland jigsaw, most of which are fir trees covered in snow which will take me ages to do.

Two Springers to keep active!!!
New gortex coat, new gortex walking boots and ...... a lovely heated gilet which I have to say is reyt grand. Just keeps you at a nice temp when walking on our gale ridden beaches :D
Few other bits, new Wigan Athletic top, Wigan Athletic dressing gown, years supply of Toblerone and wok ring for the cooker.

A gardeners world ticket, a pressure canning book, 6 tiny cacti shaped candles that will never be lit, money for my allotment fund- will buy new strong anti bird netting for the fruit cage, a double sided very sharp pruning saw with folding handles, wine, chocolates,bamboo socks in beautiful colours, a pot of what looks like crocus already planted & a pot of Iris to plant, gardeners hand cream & soap, a long handled stainless steel trowel- should be good as I use the long handled little fork all the time.

Chocs, some Molton Brown shower gel and scrub, some Fortnum and Mason lime marmalade, and shared a huge tin of their biscuits with Mrs Growster!
Mrs Growster gave me a Black and Decker angle grinder too! I gave her a Riverdance DVD and a much longed-for lava lamp, which is bubbling away nicely!

A small electric grill/toaster (my old one 'died' recently) a fragrance mister thingamabob, with lots of different types to try, some quilt making tools, £s to buy books and an RHS calendar. :D

some afternoon teas out a trip to the the theatre a ticket to watch the rugger saints V sale at the saints ground Northampton tins of sweets and goodies including beer and wine enough to last us over the winter months

Apart from books and smellies and the agreement of my husband to a new dog when the builders have gone the news that my granddaughter has split up with her objectionable boyfriend put a smile on everones face

We agreed not to buy pressies this year. All the money went to St Barnabas Hospice, which is where my husband was looked after in his last few days. We work very hard in the village to fund-raise for them.
