Hmmm.  I originally thought they just hadnt come up this year (which i know is unlikely) however on closer inspection they are coming up but something is nipping the tops off them before they get too more than 5-10ins.

The tubors havnt been touched at all just the foliage?

my lettuce had been nipped off by birds and had to net them.

Jeruselem Artichoke are die hard survivor, I put some unwanted last September in a delek. I spread the compost this March, and they are coming out EVERY WHERE. Had to dig out one by one when I see them.
