Don't you get a second delivery anymore?

Our man tends to turn up after 2 but it could be as late as 4 if he's been busy - he has to go all over the place

No there's only one delivery now, and I'm convinced sometimes he doesn't come until he's got a few things. Sometimes I'm in the front room and find a card saying sorry you were out and I have to go to the sorting office to collect a parcel, even though I was in at the time!
