Crumble mix.

I chucked two hand fulls of Wallnuts from my friends tree and a handfull of porridge oats in my crumble mix and made the best apple crumble I ever tasted.

That sounds tasty Hayley. Just thinking that some sunflower and sesame seeds might be nice too, really healthy and nutritious.

Used golden caster sugar recently and am really impressed with the taste in sweet dishes.

Sorry to go on but I have really gotten into cooking recently.
