tomato stem bruised!

The string around it had got a bit tight tight and has left the stem bruised is there anything I can dab on it itto stop any infection

its my bestest tomato plant

plants in the wild often get battered from animals and wind, so there's not really anything you need to do - the sap will dry and make a scab.
